4 Month Structured Learning Model
Month 1 – Recruitment Foundation (100 Hours)
Focus: Discipline + Basics
You will learn:
- Introduction to HR & Recruitment Industry
- End-to-End Recruitment Process
- Job Description Understanding
- Resume Screening & Shortlisting
- Candidate Communication Basics
- Call Script Practice
- Excel & MIS Basics
- Social Media Basics for Recruitment
Evaluation at end of Month 1.
Non-serious participants will be eliminated.
Month 2 – Live Recruitment Exposure
Focus: Practical Application
You will work on:
- Real candidate sourcing
- Resume database building
- Cold calling practice
- Candidate screening
- Social media recruitment
- Lead generation basics
- Employer communication basics
Stipend begins from Month 2 (Performance Based).
Month 3 – Role Specialization
Based on performance, you will be assigned to suitable tracks:
- Recruiter Track
- Social Media & Branding Track
- Lead Generation Executive
- Market Research Executive (College Coordination)
- Training Support Executive
Performance incentives start from Month 3.
Month 4 – Professional Development & Independence
You will learn:
- Advanced recruitment strategies
- Candidate conversion improvement
- Client coordination basics
- Freelance recruiter model
- Interview preparation for HR roles
- Personal branding in recruitment
Final evaluation and ranking will be conducted.

4 Hours – Online Reporting & Training Session

Attendance is compulsory and hours are tracked.
Stipend Structure
Month 1 – Free Training
Month 2 – ₹2000
Month 3 – ₹2000 + Performance Incentive
Month 4 – ₹2000 + Performance Incentive
Stipend is based on:
- Attendance
- Work completion
- Discipline
- Weekly performance review
Performance Measurement System
Each intern is evaluated monthly based on:
- Attendance consistency
- Call quality
- Sourcing quality
- Work completion
- Discipline
- Weekly performance review
Non-performing or inactive interns (3 consecutive days without response) will be terminated.
Certification & Recommendation Letter
Certificate will be issued only if:
- 400 Hours ( Online) completed
- Minimum 75% attendance
- All assigned tasks completed
- Final evaluation cleared
Recommendation Letter will be given to top-performing candidates only.
After 4 Months – What Next?
Top 20% performers may be absorbed into Jobbs India.
Selected candidates may also work as freelance recruiters with performance-based commission.
